Recently, I became a Microsoft Certified Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator (CIE) for Microsoft Office 365 including Dynamics 365 (SharePoint, Power BI, Flow, Power Apps, CRM Dynamics 365, Dynamics Financials, Teams, Planner, One Drive, OneNote, Outlook, Yammer, Skype for Business, Project, Sway, Delve, Social Engagement, Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, Visio, Video, Tasks, and People) and I have been completely sold to Microsoft’s products and more so of Microsoft’s vision regarding Microsoft Azure in the cloud computing space. Joining Microsoft partners as a Cloud Advisor and Business Analyst, was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my entire career because it has given me an advanced exposure to Microsoft technologies; business improvement processes, digital marketing techniques, and getting a first hands-on experience with the prototypes, technologies and business concepts which have reshaped my thinking and enhanced the leadership ability to transform people and businesses.
Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) & Thought Leadership
It took me almost over 12 years to understand and embrace the traits of an organizational leader practicing specifically Thought Leadership with customers and clients going through the Office 365 and Dynamics exploration and discovery process during the CIE sessions with key decision makers not just limited to CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, but even operational managers, auditors, account and sales executives who also play a vital role in embracing new technologies and fully understanding the improvement processes that are discovered during CIE sessions which derives a greater business value. CIE experience has opened-up my eyes in exploring the business transformation possibilities and the business value that each Microsoft Product derives. The Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is a hands-on introduction to Microsoft’s suite of productivity tools. It lets you see how Microsoft products make it all easy, convenient and secure.

Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 is a comprehensive solution to modernize business where any individual within and outside of an organization can create its’ own transformational business story in the workspace. I had many ‘wow’ moments throughout my training process which instilled in me a vision to modernize any business processes and practices in ways that can strategize a business continuation plan, safeguarding business practices- securing any sensitive data while gaining trust, reliance and regulatory compliance factors in experiencing with Microsoft Products whether on premises, in cloud, or hybrid.
